NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Artspace Lifespace will be held via zoom at 18:00 on Wednesday the 6th December to transact the following business.

Apologies for absence

Minutes of the previous AGM To be agreed and matters arising.

Presentation of accounts for Year End 2022 and an overview of Management accounts for year-end 2023.

Treasurer – Clarissa Jeakings To receive and consider the accounts for the year ended 2022.

Auditors Whether Trustees want to appoint an auditor or not.

Overview of 2023 & Looking ahead to 2024

Any other business

To deal with any matters raised at the meeting.
